Client Responsibilities

For the efficient execution of digital strategies, the client is required to provide full cooperation. This includes providing administrative access to advertising platforms and verifying that all project details (RERA numbers, price points, and amenities) are accurate and compliant with Indian laws.

Payment & Financial Terms

Service fees are billed in advance or as per the specific project milestone agreement. Payments delayed beyond 7 days of the invoice date may result in a temporary suspension of active campaigns. Due to the immediate allocation of resources and third-party costs, all service fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All custom strategies, creative designs, and AI-integrated workflows developed by Smruti Digital Agency remain our intellectual property until all financial obligations are settled. Following full payment, the client is granted a perpetual license to use these assets for their intended business purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Digital marketing success is subject to algorithm changes from third-party platforms like Google and Meta. Smruti Digital Agency does not guarantee specific sales volumes but guarantees the professional execution of the agreed-upon strategy. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to platform downtime or policy changes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings, disputes, or claims arising from our services shall be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
